An O-Tetrimino (Often called a square) is a tetrimino arranged in a perfect square.(Obviously!) If it is rotated, it does not change. It is always two blocks in length by two blocks in width. This piece is quite troublesome among others, and mainly because it can't fit in any jagged areas in a person's matrix.
